Our standard Level 1 Chimney Inspection includes a thorough assessment of your chimney’s condition. If you are not present at the property, we will provide detailed images for your review, allowing you to determine whether cleaning is necessary.
For a formal inspection report, an additional fee of $40 applies.
$195- Chimney Sweep/ Inspection
In most cases, our professional chimney sweeping service costs just $195. However, for more complex fireplaces requiring additional work, the maximum charge will be $250.
If you need a formal inspection report, it can be added for an additional $40.
